Murals Using Recycled Caps

One of our most influential projects is our murals made from recycled plastic caps of all types of colors, sizes, and shapes. Our goal is to create a mural in each of the 78 municipalities of Puerto Rico. Our first mural was made in Juana Díaz

Educating the Public

We never stop learning. As we have said before to educate ourselves there is no day or time. We talked about our mission, and about the importance of being able to reduce our consumption to accumulate less garbage

Restoring Contaminated Areas

The organization originated, seeing an areá totally affected with garbage. Today we create activities where we come together to collect either on a beach, streets, or any areá that needs our help.

Beach Cleaning

We organize beach cleaning events, where volunteers can join together to help you. Our natural resources are beautiful and we must protect them in order to conserve them.

Second Hand Store

When we buy second-hand clothes we give a second life to these clothes. One way to reduce our consumption since The “Fast Fashion” is the 2nd most polluting industry in the world after oil. That is why we built The WEPA Closet.

Collaborations with Other Organizations

Fundación Wepa collaborates with many organizations such as the DEA in different types of activities such as beach cleaning and collecting expired or non expired medications.
